Please clear everything off of your balcony by Sunday, October 28, 2007 and make arrangements to keep the items off the balcony for one full week. The painters and workers from Tri-State Enterprises, Inc. will begin to work on the balconies on Monday, October 29, 2007. Each homeowner/resident is responsible for their own personal belongings. Tri-State Enterprises, Inc. is not liable for items left on the balcony.
