There has been a flurry of activity at the Parc Crossings.  The landscaping improvements on the south side are almost complete.
- The old fountain was moved and flowers have been planted in it.
- Two statuesque vases also contain beautiful annuals.
- The 4 maple trees that were in the Courtyard were transplanted to a much more desireable location along the fence.
- Rocks were laid around the perimeter of the building to discourage pests and add drainage to protect the building.
- Lampposts have been painted.
- Gates for privacy installed.
- Attractive trash cans placed to encourage a litter free environment.
- Beautiful new benches should arrive by June 1.

The residents overlooking this new "greenbelt" have joined in the spirit and have displayed potted plants and flowers on their steps and balconies, thus adding to the beauty.  Thank you, neighbors!

The Courtyard has also undergone a facelift.
- Some old trees taken out and replaced by cypress and palm trees.
- Trees and plants trimmed.
- Containers moved and replanted.
- Many colorful flowers and plants added.
- Two new fountains that are quieter and more easily maintained will arrive sometime in May.
- Two large urns due to arrive in May.

Painting of interior hallways to begin soon.
- Tri-State has painted an example section in a portion of the first floor.
- Tri-State is awaiting Board approval to continue the painting project throughout the complex.
- There will be a posting announcing the dates of the painting project.

Come to the annual meeting to find out what other improvements are slated in the upcoming year!
