Tri-State will be visiting the property to perform three different maintenance procedures at the same time in your unit, which will include 1) replacement of the washer hoses, 2) cleaning your dryer vents, and 3) painting your front door. In addition, Tri-State will perform an inspection of your balcony and rear door for the second phase of this project.
The costs involved for the replacement of the washer hoses and cleaning of the dryer vents will be $240. Please make your check payable to Tri-State Enterprises, Inc. and mail it to 2133 Leghorn Street, Mountain View, CA 94043 or give your check to the workers at the time of service. There will be no charge for the painting of the exterior of the door, as this cost has been taken care of by the Association. If you wish to have the inside of your door painted, it will be an additional cost of $80. The Association is not responsible for painting the interior portion of the door.
Tri-State has posted sign-up sheets for this process on the bulletin board next to the mailboxes between the dates of Tuesday, September 4 and Friday, September 28. Please make every effort possible to accommodate these dates, as further scheduling might involve a rescheduling fee.
Please mark your name and unit number on the sign-up sheet. Although the door painting will only take approximately 45 minutes, please allow for 1-2 hours drying time when you will be in your home to allow your front door to dry properly. During this time, the dryer vents will be cleaned and the washer hoses will be replaced, if you sign up for those services. Please plan your time accordingly.
