The Board of Directors would like to try something different in terms of the Board Meeting format.  It will continue to meet every second Tuesday of the month.  Every three months we will cycle through 3 different types of meetings.  The first will be a Town Hall type meeting where residents are invited to discuss issues with the Board of Directors in a more casual atmosphere over food and drink.  Property management (Tri-State Enterprises, Inc.) will not attend these meetings.  The Board hopes to receive more input in open forum meetings and involve more homeowners in what’s going on in our community.  Our first Town Hall meeting will be on Tuesday, September 11 at 7:00 in the Community Room.  Please plan on attending.  Everyone is welcome!

The next type meeting will be an Organization Committee Meeting where projects and maintenance issues are discussed.  The third format will focus on the quarterly financial statements.  In both of these meetings, the first 15 minutes will be reserved for a Homeowners Forum, as has always been the case.  Residents will be reminded of the upcoming type of Board meeting in the monthly newsletter and on the website.
