·       Washer/dryer maintenance – will be coordinated between 8/27 – 9/7

·       Refinishing walkways and balconies with Metacrylic paint – will be coordinated between 8/27 – 9/7

·       Paint/caulk metal doors and wood trim – will be coordinated between 8/27 – 9/7

·       Power wash cement walkways – Late summer

·       Replace awnings – Early fall

·       Replace lobby front door – Fall

·       Replace interior light fixtures – Early winter
