With longer days and warmer weather, more residents have their windows open. With open windows, sound travels easily between homes and echoes through the community hallways and courtyards.
The Association requests all residents make an extra effort to curb the amount of noise they make in the common areas as well as in their condominiums. Noisy activities such as loudly playing a radio or television at an excessive volume, running up and down the hallways, or closing in the hallways for pets to run around is prohibited at all times. Please do your part to maintain the tranquil setting the Associaton is trying to provide at Parc Crossings.
