Recently, shopping carts have been abandoned around our building.  As the entire complex is being upgraded, these carts detract from the beauty of our community.  In addition, it is ILLEGAL to remove shopping carts from the parking lot of the establishment that owns them.  (It is called stealing.)  If you notice someone leaving a shopping cart by our building, please ask him/her to refrain from doing so or call the City of Mountain View at 903-6767 to report an abandoned cart or the non-emergency Police number at 903-6395.  A $100 fine can be levied to anyone leaving an abandoned cart.  If you or someone you know requires assistance with transporting groceries from the local supermarkets, the Association suggests the use of personal shopping baskets, available online at www.mattstools.com for a little over $15.  Please contact Tri-State Enterprises, Inc. if you have any questions.
