Recently there have been numerous after-hours calls to Tri-State about non-emergency issues with the expectations that they be handled immediately. Tri-State has been serving our community for three years now. They have been an exceptionally responsive property management company. Before we become too spoiled or take them for granted, it is important to remember that, while they often go the extra mile, it is not their job to do so, nor are they paid to do so. Tri-State is contracted to come on site only once a week, though they are usually here daily for one thing or another. They are contracted to respond only to emergencies after hours and on weekends. It is not their job to cater to minor annoyances after normal business hours. Please remember to treat the Tri-State staff with respect and patience, as it is not an easy job to keep Parc Crossings running smoothly. Thank you!
