It is each individual homeowner's responsibility to maintain the appliances within his/her condo. It is vitally important that the washing machine water supply hoses in the back of the washer/dryer be replaced with more sturdy ones. There have been several instances at Parc Crossings in which they have broken, causing major damage and expense to the homeowners. Because it is so important, the HOA is coordinating a discounted group rate for this project to take place this summer. It will entail replacing the washing machine hoses and cleaning the dryer vents. If you have not signed up for it, please contact Tri-state to do so. The maximum cost for this crucial maiintenance projects for each homeowner is $170. Release of liability forms will need to be signed in order to participate in the project. The forms and schedule will be sent to interested homeowners before starting the project.
