The Parc Crossings 8th annual meeting was held in the new Garden Walk area alongside the southwest part of the complex. Thank you to Tri-State, who did an excellent job in setting it up to make it a special event. Delicious food from Chef Chu's and good conversation were enjoyed by all who attended. Each resident shared with the group what recent improvement they especially like and what they saw as areas for improvement. Some of the "likes" were: the crown molding, the interior paint, the new landscaping, the social events, and the new benches. Some of the areas for improvement were: the janitorial service (will be changing in July), the pool water temperature, the inconsiderate dog owners who don't clean up after their dogs, the messy recycling area, and the unauthorized storage of bikes in the gated area of G-2.
Ki Nyborg and Adam Braun were reelected to serve on the Board of Directors for two years. Kenneth Plough was newly elected. He has lived at the Parc Crossings since it was built and has served on the Landscape Committee, which guided the recent landscape improvements. Welcome to the Board, Ken! Linda Miller and Judith Kahn, whose terms expire next year, complete the five-member Board of Directors.
The Board will miss Lynn Sauter, who served on the board for 4 years with passion and commitment. Lynn was always eager to do whatever was asked of her with energy and enthusiasm. Thank you, Lynn!!
