As a community we are pleased to see that homeowners are using the courtyard. However, we would like to remind everyone to be more aware that windows tend to be open during the summer months, which causes noise to echo easily from the courtyard into the homes of residents. It has been brought to our attention that a few homeowners have complained about excessive machinery noise from the courtyard. Therefore, there is to be no construction activity in the courtyard area on the weekend without prior approval from the Association. In regards to the patio furniture in the courtyard, please clean after usage and be sure that they are placed back in their proper setting. Also, children should not be left unsupervised around the courtyard fountain, which is not designed for children to play with. Recently, we have also found chalk markings on the bricks in the courtyard on different occasions, which has been cleaned by the management after each occurrence. As a reminder, the courtyard is a common area and chalk drawings are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation.
