If you are planning on moving out of your unit, please be sure to comply with the following guidelines to ensure the safety, comfort, and benefit for all residents in the community. Also, please take note that the stairwells were recently repainted and we would like to maintain their appearance. Please use caution when moving large items throughout the stairways so that the walls are not marked or damaged.

• All public entrances, walkways, sidewalks, and corridors must remain unobstructed and free of boxes and personal articles.
• Please do not monopolize the elevators. There will be no storing of any items in front of the elevators under any circumstances. The elevators may not be stopped for loading or unloading.
• Please be sure all doors leading to the building are kept closed.·        No furniture, mattresses, moving boxes, or other large objects are to be put in the trash areas. Proper disposal of these items is the responsibility of the individual residents.
• No Styrofoam or cardboard boxes should be placed in the recycling areas. Please contact Foothill Disposal or your neighborhood Safeway for information on cardboard recycling.
