Good things are happening at the Parc Crossings. In the past several months, there have been many improvements and ongoing projects that have enhanced our community. New trees and plants in the courtyard; windows are clean; G-2 fencing more secure and attractive; better lighting in G-2; railings, beams and doors painted; hallway mirror replaced; carpets professionally cleaned; lovely tables in the courtyard; interior and exterior trees pruned… just to name a few. Many more projects are planned to continue the trend of superior maintenance and property improvements. All this is happening within our budget so that the HOA dues are able to remain stable, while the reserves continue to grow. Now, it’s up to each one of us residents to do our part by not littering, keeping the hallways clear, not placing items outside our doors, and not placing anything unattractive on our patios. The Board and Tri-State have heard complaints lately that some of our neighbors are hanging clothes, storing boxes, and making canopies on their patios. Those residing on the upper floors who look down on this find it quite unpleasant. Actually, it’s quite unpleasant from any vantage point. Parc Crossings is a FABULOUS place to live with so many advantages, conveniences and wonderful people. We are all part of the cutting edge, diverse community that serves as a model of urban development. Please be a part of the great majority that enhances, rather than detracts from, what we all share. -Linda Miller
